Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information (where available).

Delivery Times

United Kingdom Deliveries:

  • Estimated delivery: 5–11 business days from the shipping date.

International Deliveries:

  • Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days from the shipping date.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Delays & Lost In Transit

Unfortunately, Prismpalette are not held responsible for lost or stolen packages or delays in transit.

Prismpalette does NOT take any responsibility of an order once delivered and confirmed delivered by tracking. 

There may be some delays in customs which are beyond our control and we do not take responsibility for any of these processing delays.
